Sabrina Martin

Sabrina Martin Currently a senior at Montgomery Blair High School, Maryland, Sabrina started her music training when she was six years old. While piano was her primary musical instrument, Sabrina began her formal Guzheng training from Lei Gu five years ago. Over the past few years, Sabrina has been invited to and has participated in many festivals and performances around the metropolitan area. With her passion and dedication in Guzheng, Sabrina has achieved Grade 7 with “Outstanding” rating in China Nationalities Orchestra Society Guzheng examination after three years of learning. She was also awarded second place winner in the 2014 Princeton International Chinese Music Festival Guzheng competition. With her love of music, Sabrina’s goal is to incorporate music in the medical field.
